1. I opened Welcome to Bloxburg and checked my in-game money balance.
2. I previously had over $140,000 in my account.
3. At some point, I noticed that my balance had suddenly dropped to approximately $1,600.
4. I did not make any purchases or spend enough money to explain the decrease.
5. I am unsure what triggered the issue, as I did not intentionally spend or use the missing money.
6. The issue appears to have occurred unexpectedly.

Explanation

Hello Bloxburg Support Team! I would like to report an issue regarding my in-game money. I previously had over $140,000, but suddenly, my balance dropped to around $1,600. I did not purchase or spend anything close to that amount, so I’m confused and concerned about where my money went.

I would like to ask if you could please investigate this issue and check whether a bug or an error may have caused my balance to decrease unexpectedly. I worked hard to earn that money, and losing such a large amount without knowing why is really upsetting.

I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide in checking my account and determining what happened. If possible, I would also like to know whether my missing money can be restored.
