Department-Specific Headquarters for Enhanced Gameplay Dynamics

In the current version of the game, E&L have docks. But it would be nice if each department got their own HQ or spawn building.
For example, G&R can get a building that has laboratories that have different testing things in them.
For IR, it might be like an airfield, but much bigger, with barracks for sleeping and maybe a building where there is a huge meeting room in it.
I think I saw someone post a similar suggestion in the main server a few months ago, but I think it is such a good idea that it needs to be brought up again.

Tofiser also wanted to expand on this idea:
"Currently, people spawn and then go do the “RCP simulator.” If we create bases for everyone with activities and tasks there, it will make the game much more dynamic and interactive

E&L: These should remain at the Docks, but they should be improvised in various ways, such as having a container storage warehouse with forklifts (this could be purely decorative)

IR: These should have an “Armory,” so to speak, consisting of their spawn point, a weapon upgrade room, a break room, a garage, a shooting range, and a mini-prison to hold Survivors until they go for testing, etc.

G&R: I believe these have the most potential for expansion; a building should be constructed just for them, containing a laboratory where research on various topics could be conducted, such as cures for diseases. In addition, it should be aesthetically pleasing and could feature a tank with the new NPC fish simulating that they were just made there.
It could have a purely decorative room where multiple assets would be suspended in tubes filled with liquid, as seen in movies.
Finally, I believe it could have a 2 new containment areas, fully indoor ones, with 1 simulating a cave where assets such as: coelos, dilos, memories/noxis, typhon, and others could be studied, and another containment area that could be connected to an AT-C used for a closer view of the asset or to bring two assets closer together or separate them within those containments
As you can imagine, I think this building should be connected to the AT-C and should feature an area similar to the TSDC V1, with glass panels inside the AT-C so we can watch the tests taking place inside, with the building having the vibe of this last version of TSDC and built in that area it was on
Overall, I know this involves a lot of work, but it would improve the HI significantly, bringing more dynamism to the various departments, beyond just going to RCP and waiting for Expos and RMPs, and all of this would leave room for future improvisation regarding subdivisions, among other things."
