Implement a Resource Capture and Transport System with Income Rewards
Instead of a stock system that dictates the amount of resources we have currently, there should be a sort of money/transporting system. What I am proposing is that there are multiple POIs in the main reserve, and each serves a different purpose. Each team, human departments, and survivors would be able to capture these cites depending on the amount of players in game, so a low number wouldn't allow survivors to cap (Some areas are default set between survivors and IR,) but say when there's more than 60 players in-game the neutral POIs and other that's set as a default for each team could be captured by others. The reward of capturing them is getting more income as well as gathering resources. The resources would pool up in a terminal, and EL would have to bring the cargo truck to transport the materials back, allowing us to spawn more vehicles. This would cause less of an incentive to waste vehicles (blowing them up for no reason, etc). I believe this system would need some tweaking and balancing, but it's a foundation to create more gameplay for each team
