Add a hand crank battery charger Crafting Recipe.

The purpose of this device is self-explanatory, it would allow players to recharge a single rechargeable battery at a time.

Once a battery is inserted, interacting with the device would open a mini-game UI featuring a hand crank. The player would rotate the crank in a circular motion to progressively charge the battery. The faster and more consistently the crank is rotated, the quicker the battery charges.

There is a speed limit applied to the player's cranking speed. Depending on the player's Strength stat, this speed limit is proportionally increased

The crafting recipe for this device could involve:

• Circuit Board (Acquired by interacting with placed electronics, such as Trackers, Cameras, etc while holding any tool)
• Processed Titanium
• Processed Copper
• Bundle of wires
• Scrap metal
