Electricity-related Status Effects and Tasers

Implement a new status effect for electricity-based tools and weapons, with another status effect branching off of it, and a new defense tool.

New Status Effect: Zapped
This is the milder variation of the much more lethal Electrocuted, usually delivered from items such as Cattle Prods and Electric Fences. It is unique from other status effects in that, it is stackable. Receiving multiple strikes from a weapon / tool that inflicts it can go from Zapped to Electrocuted. Being Zapped is relatively harmless, usually simply causing small damage, minor muscle spasms (locking assets jaws for a couple seconds) and temporarily stunning humans. You'll have the Zapped Status Effect for a couple seconds, and entering water can cause the Electrocution status effect.

Zapped has multiple "stages" or stacks.
Stage 1: very brief muscle spasm (jaw lock) and stun for humans
Stage 2: longer muscle spasm, stun is a little longer. During this stun, you can capture survivors or other humans against their will.
Stage 3: Damage is beginning to be noticeable, muscle spasms can become dangerous for small animals, ragdolls human and small asset, screen becomes flashed when hit. (toggleable in settings)
Stage 4: Zapped -> Electrocuted
You can tell the stages of Zapped by the subtle electricity effect on the victim afflicted with it, and every weapon that inflicts Electrocution takes more hits to activate stages. (For example, a CO Taser light attack takes less****s to activate stages then a Cattle Prod.)

New Status Effect: Electrocuted
A much more powerful variation of Zapped, achieved by being inflicted with Zap multiple times or entering water with Zapped status effect.
Its unique in that it doesn't act like a normal status effect, instead acting like something like the Status Effects in Elden Ring, triggering instantly rather then being something that effects you over time. After that, Zap needs to be restacked after activation to activate it again.

The effects of Electrocution

  • Very intense muscle spasms, ragdolling and causing Small up to Medium sized assets to convulse on the floor for multiple seconds.
  • Dealing medium amounts of damage instantly, rather than over time
  • Upper Medium and Large Assets will be stunned in place for a bit, convulsing. Upper Medium assets will be stunned longer then Large
  • Very Large up to Tyrants will simply have their movement slightly slowed, and unable to use attacks for a few seconds.

For such a detailed status effect, I present the CO (Callisto) Taser. Designed for self-defense, with special prongs and toggles for the situation. Capable of stunning and discouraging even large predators with its armor-piercing prongs and delivering a highly painful shock, or a light zap to scare away smaller animals. Issued to most personnel, it's a risky but highly effective alternative and a way to save ammunition against smaller animals, and a quick clutch tool that can save your life in a pinch against larger ones.
You can hold RMB to charge up the CO Taser to the maximum, with the tip glowing red hot with electricity. This is the only way to stun larger animals like Upper Mediums and Larges. It inflicts Electrocution. Should be regulations against using this against small animals unless absolutely threatened.
Tapping LMB sends out a less powerful dosage of shock to a asset, useful for scaring away smaller ones or stunning humans.

This is all a very rough concept, and I thought of it showering, criticism or discussion is very much welcome.
