Remove larp names

Character names do not bring noticeable or desired interactions for human teams, instead, they bring various issues and new problems.

1. Communication: It's much harder to associate and identify users, especially when linking them with discord users by using RP names. We will have 2 names systems working in pararell and this is bound to cause confusion.

2. Accountability: It's impossible to identify a user as of right now, even more so their real username when making a report.
   No ammount of logs will fix this, and even then, RP names just complicate the investigations for no benefit.
   A rogue user is unidentifiable if inside a vehicle or far away.

No ammount of workarounds make it worth the hassle of having a system that adds more complications in exchange of 0 extra interaction. It's unwanted, unwarranted and unfitting.
