System that simulates wear and tear/dirtiness on clothing, gets worse each day your out on the reserve without returning back to RCP or somewhere to get a clean uniform (prob some way to enforce it so people aren’t dirty and standing at RCP afk, prob not punishable unless they ignore orders and stuff)
