Enhance HUD Visibility: Make Ship Health More Prominent

Make the HUD bigger or have ship health right above the ship so it's visible to the eye. It's too small up above in the top left. the action is too quick that it's hard to notice.

Also add this to enemies once they've been damaged so it's easier to see if they're almost dead
