Display Points Multipliers and Progress Indicators Above Enemy Kills

Add points above enemy kills to show the multipliers and other points things that are happening so it's clear that the player is advancing

Could include a different particle color or effect or 'death flash' based on the multiplier. I do this with the lightning effect...
