Apply Different Shader Colors to Enemy Attack Patterns in Godot 4.4

Upgrade to Godot 4.4 to get access to instance shaders. Then for the 4 different enemy attack patterns, apply a different shader color to them. This is a low-effort win to add some variation to enemies.
