Used car dealership

So pretty much be a extension of the base dealership, would be a car catagory in the cars for sale menu, the premise is that it would be either new old cars or cars that are already in the game that look damaged/old/thrashed, they could possibily be slower but the for sure part would be that they are cheaper than most cars, allowing for cheap means of transportation
