Can we please fix the ped that sells the gems i have gems just sitting taking storage for a few days now and still cant sell gems

Still gems sell dont work. This was for the hidden npc and he just doesnt take our gems.

previously when trying to sell gems at jewelry store it would pop up with a error now jewelry store is locked and cant attempt to sell at all
