Having some of the best ('Mythic' rarity designs with animations, particle effects around the cosmetic, etc.) looking Cosmetics only being obtainable by doing In-Game Challenges is one of the best ways to keep players engaged in playing the game to reach those goals so that they can flex/show off their very rare Cosmetics that can't be purchased but can only be earned by doing a very difficult challenge.
