Prevent Teammate Respawn to Avoid Endless Fights

teammates should not be able to respawn, it makes wiping a team h***.
you will be fighting 3 people kill all 3 but then they respawn and you will have to fight them over and over and over again.
the only way you could be able to get up is if your team mates get you up.
