Optimize Battle Royale Performance for High-End Hardware

Battle royale was fun, but it needs to be optimized.

I am running this game on a 9950x3D paired with a RTX 5090 and even I was experiencing frame drops and stutter lag.

Please focus your improvement on the battle royale, it's the arena style battle royale with halo-esque gunplay I've been dreaming of!!!
