Increase Portal Cap in Battle Royale and Address Ammo Scarcity and Performance Issues

BR IS GREAT but the portal cooldown completely ruins it. I think 10 portal cap instead of 4 would make it more enjoyable. Ammo is also scarce. Performance issues in battle Royale but I’m sure you guys know about this already. Other than that I really have been enjoying this game and keep telling all my friends to download it. 🔥
