Add a refund system, for example you could have 2 ingame refunds that can be used easily that recharge once a year or something, this would make it so if you buy something on accident (which would rarely happen but still happens often, for example i accidentally bought the blue trailblazer even though i never use it), you can easily refund it without having to go through support.
