Option to Disable Team and Enemy Outlines and Add Server Region List with Ping Graphs

Please give us the option to turn off team colors outlines and enemy outlines, I would personally like to feel somewhat immersive. Also if we could get a server region list with ping graphs would be great cause I'm lagging every game and feels bad to cope
