Reorganize Mode Selection Screen for Better Navigation

Split
Changing the mode selection screen by making it more intuitve. The playlist should be sorted into BR, Arena, Ranked (when added) and Arcade. Because there is too much on one page currently. Especially the Arcade tab would be nice because then there wouldnt be the need to make these modes limited.
