Precision Mode: Extend Rattler Barrel, Decrease Fire Rate, Maintain Damage, Burst Fire with Higher Recoil

In precision mode, extend the barrel of the rattler, significantly decrease the fire rate, maintain the same damage per bullet, and make it fire in bursts with higher recoil.
