The MINI Battle passes within the season should be pick and choose which is unlocked first. Ex. I want to work on Ch 3 first to get the Sabrask skin, i pick Ch 3 to work on during the first unlock window. The other two remain locked for season content. Once the time is up for the unlock, i can pick Ch 1 or 2 to start working on. This method still timegates and spreads out content but it gives the players control over what they are working on first and will spread out what skins people using in games during the season. Instead of everyone running the ONE skin from Ch 1, all picking that faction since its the newest skin, we would see variety occur naturally.
