Add Fine-Tuning Options for Aim Assist Settings

Please fix the aim assist to be more consistent and add better settings to fine tune controllers. I can’t have settings I like because I have to choose between 4.5 which is too slow for me and 5.0 which is too fast for me. Let me fine tune to something between there
