This is very important from my past experience, you NEED to add server selection (choosing what server (EU, NA, ME) you would like to play in) I used to play very competitively in a game that had no crossplay and no server selection in the game, they did add crossplay eventually (after the game already lost its player) but they never added server selection. Why is this so important? In a tournament perspective, we had to "force" the server we needed to play in (inviting the player in that region last) and sometimes it would fail, and we have to restart the whole process, exhausting. If your doing tournament soon, this is a must, from my past experience competitively it is one of the most needed.
