Respawn Option for Overtime in Splitball Mode

Allow respawn for OT in Splitball
I think having first capture win is enough to settle OT for Splitball.
It really feels odd and frustrating going from running around using the fun movement, portals and playing the objective to all of a sudden the game slows way down and you are trying to peak angles like its R6 Siege. I feel like the focus changes from capture the ball to just kill the enemy team during OT.
if its just first capture wins I feel like it would bring a lot more excitement, chaos and fun scrambling to try to grab the ball and capture for the win.
