Enable Gifting of Battle Pass and Store Items to Friends

Split
Make the Battle Pass and Store Items giftable to Friends. We should be able to purchase Shop items and send them to Friends as an immediate delivery system. It would also be nice to be able to purchase codes for in-game currencies. The amount of sales Splitgate 2 is missing out on because they haven't implemented this is laughable. Sales team is non-existent.
