Enhancements to Crates, Scan Range, Ranking System, Care Packages, and FOV

Split

#1: remove grey crates and make the starter crate green
#2:lower the range of the meridian scan
#3:have a ranking system similar to apex(Rookie, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Apex Predator) and ofc change the top rank name around...maby make it

2( Gatekeeper Prime
3( Voidmaster
#4:make legendary weapons only come out of care packages(also make there be fewer Care packages that drop)
#5:make a higher FOV
