Remove Overtime Without Respawn in Objective-Based Game Modes

Remove "no respawn" OT from all objective focus game modes Ruins the whole point of an objective game mode if the last round just becomes who can kill the other team first. If its a best of three than there should be no need for OT anyways just the first to win three rounds
