Console-Only Lobbies and Dedicated Console Servers for Crossplay

True crossplay. Make it so when console players put CROSSPLAY OFF that they actually only play against CONSOLE ONLY lobbies. Not MICROSOFT lobbies. We should not be running into PC players when we are playing on Console because they load in through their Microsoft profile on their PC. Also maybe implement a way to make dedicated console only servers. This game is gonna die for me after season 1 if I can’t play without having to play with PC players
