Add Controller Button Binding for Push to Talk in Options and Chat Menu

Regarding push to talk. There is no option on PC for binding a button to push to talk on controller input. Please add this in the options.
Additionally, I feel like you should be able to choose the binding for push to talk in the chat menu in addition to the input menu to make it a bit more intuitive for people to navigate to it.

Love the game yall, keep developing it. Having a lot of fun on it.
