Improve Matchmaking Balance and Implement Team Lobbies

Guys.... Matchmaking really really needs work. The teams are as unbalanced as it gets. You either have insta quitter Bots or you have People lagging out or AFK Players. We need punishments, we need separate lobbies for 3 and 4 man teams. i f****** love this game, but it is at a point where i can't take it anymore. this not frustrating. its unbearable.
