Custom Loadout Configuration and Save Feature for Custom Games

In custom games, I would like to have additional customization options for loadouts. It would be helpful to be able to control which abilities/equipment players have access to. For instance, I want to set up a lobby to try to get my friends who pretty exclusively play Halo 3 into Splitgate 2, and it would be really helpful to lock down equipment to only sticky grenades, for example. We really like the FFA fiesta game mode for the random chaos, but the sticky grenade gameplay from Halo 3 would be a dealbreaker for some of this group to lose. It would also be very helpful if we could control which guns specifically are available. After a few rounds, we may want to disable rockets, for example. The level of configurability that would be desired would be akin to something like Super Smash Brothers, where you can toggle on or off every individual item. In addition, we'd like to be able to save specific configurations of custom games for future use. For example, if I set up some custom rules for a game with my friends, and it requires adjusting advanced settings, I'd like to be able to save those settings so I don't have to reconfigure it each time we want to play the same way. This type of configuration can be seen in Halo 3, Super Smash Brothers, and many other games.
