Toggle Option to Disable Screenshake/Visual Recoil for Enhanced Accessibility

Add a toggle to remove screenshake/visual recoil.
It can cause people with any sight issues a lot of visual fatigue and would be a great accessibility feature to implement. Along with further enhancing that smooth gunplay everyone always talks about when referencing Splitgate 2.
For those who need an explanation of the problem:
Guns in Splitgate 2 kick higher than their actual recoil does, causing the reticle/screen to fall back down until the next shot is fired. In rapid succession, this causes the screen to j*** up and down. It is mainly an issue on automatic weapons like the ARs, and to some degree on carbines and pistols, though I do understand why they would not want to change how those weapons fire.
Many people do not understand what they're feeling when experiencing this. Some of them just think it is actual recoil on the guns, just like in The Finals, when visual recoil was finally fixed many thought they reduced the actual recoil as well.

And the reason why I said add a toggle for it in the beginning; I can see some having a problem with it being removed from the game entirely as it "makes the guns feel more impactful/immersive" and for those people, they can leave it on.
