Enhanced Portal and UI Feedback for Central Screen Display

Give us some better portal feedback on the UI! I would like to see which portals are used closer to the CENTER of the screen. some more UI improvements and/or customization would also be nice, as I normally put my ammo and health counters closer to the center of my screen so I don't need to look away as often. right now, everything is crowded at the very edges - just kinda s**** to peer around too much when I just want to have a little bit more game information.
