Allow Customization of Comms Wheel and Re-enable Knockback on Landmines

It is extremely annoying to be forced to keep weapon inspection and ping equipped on the comms wheel. Further, removing knockback on the landmines makes them basically useless, and worse than the grenades which are unlocked at a lower level.
