Add Quality Settings for Performance Optimization and Streamline Loadout Change

Option for quality settings for better performance on old gen console. Low framerate & freezing mid gunfight is getting unbearable. Also think it would be a great idea to simplify the way you change ur loadout ingame instead of pressing options & having to scroll and search for ‘change loadout’ it should already popup.
