Add EU Server Options and Reintroduce 'Choose Region' Tab in Settings

Split
Bring back “choose region” tab in settings and add more servers in EU (maybe in Germany, cus that is the region where I have good ping when Im playing other games). Im living in Europe (Serbia) and 80% of the time the game puts me on a NA server and even when the game decides to put me on an EU server, its always England or Netherlands.
