User generated content (UGC).

A system similar to Warframe's "Tennogen" would be really nice in order to emphasize the community aspect of the game. It would work like this: A resource would be made containing the models for all of the base characters, and weapons to be used only as templates for players to make skins on top of and not for personal use, then they would use those templates ether as a guide or a base before submitting the skins to one place or another, then other people in the community vote on a select number of skins that will enter rotation each season. The players who's skins make it into the game will be paid accordingly whether that be Split-coins or real world currency.
