Add 2v2 and 4v4 Playlists with Limited Modes for 2v2

Split
2v2 playlist, dedicated 4v4 deathmatch and 4v4 objective playlists. That's all we're missing at this point. Also for 2v2, limit the modes to deathmatch and the ball collection one, I can't remember the name of it currently. Please! Please please please! I love thos game! It has so much potential!
