It was disappointing to say the least to see the team hype this up for weeks then released a half-baked choppy battle royale gamemode that feels eerily similar to apex. It hurts to see lan say he wants the game to be different than other fps's then continue to follow the same formulaic path many other have followed and also fallen short in. as well as the $120 bundles in the shop on sale for $80 it all feels so insincere. I feel like this is the main point of contention in the community. you hear Rod sing about them not being some greedy team and it makes you feel good at first but then they turn around and pull some insane thing like that. I don't think anyone can defend spending $80 on a skin inside of a game. that isn’t even seen in the most predatory games such as Cod. all in all I'll still watch and give the game a chance but I will say I am extremely disappointed at the state of the launch. I would love to work on a pve or campaign mode to satisfy those who were disappointed with the battle royale. I still have love for 1047 just don’t feel confident in the direction of the game. 🗿❤️
