Guild/clan/league/ some kind of team system where you can invite members into a community group and rewards together as a crew. That way esports teams and other teams can be made. Suggestion take a look at division 2 clan/Black Desert/elder scrolls online guild systems to get a vague idea of what I'm suggesting
