Increase Number of Voice Channels and Reintroduce Custom Channel Creation

We need more Voice channels on the server, 10 Hangouts aren't enough, they are full all the time. Would be great, if you could bring back the feature to create your own channel, which was there 2 weeks ago and create an Event channel for unlimited people again, because we can't play with our friend anymore or have over 4 people in most of the channels. That would be very beneficial! Thanks!
