Customizable Control Rebinding for Xbox: LB for Jump and A for Use Equipment

I am playing on Xbox and I cannot configure my controls the way I wish. I would like to have jump on LB and Use Equipment on A. Changing to this unbinds the LB+RB bind for Faction Ability [Chord]. I want to bind [Chord] to RB+A, but currently this is impossible. Please help! Thanks!
