Adjust Weapon Damage and Fire Rates for Balanced Gameplay

Following last feedback on the sabrask burst rifle -
1. 3 consecutive headshots on enemy did not kill them.
Its a joke right?
Also, nuff Meridians SMG. The fire rate is op.
You have Sabrasks' shotgun that fires to slow. Doesn't always kill up close - by design it should.
A Burst Rifle that just s****. No positives in it's favor. Why it is even a weapon choice is beyond me.
Then Meridians SMG is just op...again, nuff it.
