Implement Permanent Free-for-All Mode with Anti-Teaming Measures

Free for all game mode please. Permanent. Anti team-up measures. Like revealing players in close proximity who don't kill each other after some time. Etc. Regular 8 player and Onslaught 24 players. Thanks for good game. I know you guys work hard.
