Add Camera Shake Toggle, Increase FOV Limit, and Adjust Movement Speed

PLEASE ADD AN OPTION TO TURN OFF CAMERA SHAKE!!! I feel like too much is going on and I can't focus with it on. The game feels like it wants to be competitive but at the same time it feels a bit sluggish. It would also be super cool if you could increase the FOV limit to 120 because 102 feels so zoomed in (ik its preference but it just does) Also movement is just a BIT too slow :D
