Urgent: Improve Player Progression System to Enhance Retention

Please for the love of God fix your progression system. I love the game, but people will leave if you don't fix progression, and the game will die, and if it does, do you guys really think you'll be making a Splitgate 3? This should be the highest priority for the team, really focus on player retention, you have a good core for the game. Please don't let this be Halo Infinite 2.0
