Bulk Apply Weapon Charms, Mark All as Seen in Locker, and Equip Battle Pass Items Directly

Split
  1. Apply all option to weapon charms so I don't have to select each individual weapon to select the same charm.
  2. a mark all as seen option in the locker
  3. Be able to equip items straight from the battle pass
