Weapon Skins Based on Kill Counts and Additional Factions

I would want weapon skins that you get from that how much kills you have with that weapon and i would like that you can see your stats some where in the game and 1 or two factions more would be nice like a healer or something more and if there Is coming ranked then ranked tournaments from what you get rewards depending on how you gualify
