What this game can use for casual players is that instead of having a full crossplay option to play against xbox and Pc, there should be an Option to play in a console pool matchmaking. An option to play against controller players, and when you play on kbm it switches to PC pool, Which is PC (kbm players) this can also be enabled manually so if you choose to play PC pool on controller you have the option to play among kbm PC players. If there's a player that plays on kbm in your party, it automatically switches and can't be switched back untill they plug in a controller or leave the party. I hope this gets implemented into the game.
