Recent Players List for Reporting In-Game Misconduct

A recents player list feature that allows you to view and report people who were on your team or the enemy team previously. Trolls are taking advantage of the current report system by waiting for the requeue at end of match to start and right before it starts screams racist, sexists slurs since they know they can't be reported once a new match starts.
